Yes — GrabNear is completely free. No subscription, no credit card required. Connect your own Google API key on the Integrations page and run unlimited searches using Google's free monthly credit.
Do I need a Google API key?
Yes. GrabNear uses the official Google Places API — you bring your own Google API key from Google Cloud Console. Google gives every account $200/month free credit (~40,000 searches). Setup takes about 10 minutes. See our setup guide.
Can I export leads to Excel?
Yes — completely free. Every search result can be exported to Excel in one click with business name, phone, address, website, and rating included. No restrictions.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We aim to respond within a few hours on WhatsApp and within 24 hours by email. For urgent issues, WhatsApp is your fastest option.
Can I integrate GrabNear with my CRM?
Yes. You can export leads to Excel (compatible with all major CRMs), and use our webhook integration to push lead data directly into any tool that accepts webhooks.
