When you search for businesses on GrabNear, each result card shows the business details pulled from Google Places — name, address, phone, rating, reviews, website, and photos. When you click a business and open the detail panel, you'll see the AI Chat tab alongside Details and Directions.

The AI already has this business's data as context. You just start asking questions — no setup, no copy-pasting, no prompt engineering required.

No — Gemini responds based on its training data plus the business context we pass from Google Places. It won't fetch the business's current website or social media in real time. For the most accurate insights, combine AI Chat with a quick manual check of the business's website.

Is my conversation data private?

Yes. Your chat messages are passed to the Gemini API and are subject to Google's standard API data policies. If you use your own Gemini API key, the data goes through your Google Cloud project. We don't store chat history on our servers.

Which Gemini model does GrabNear use?
